We found that two forms on our English pages were failing to send:
- the Online Training application form linked from the English Careers page
- the English Contact form
The cause was a problem with the external form service the forms relied on. Both forms were fixed on October 13, 2026.
If you applied or contacted us and heard nothing back
If you submitted an application or an inquiry through either form and have not received a reply from us, your message most likely did not reach us. We sincerely apologize.

How the forms work now
After you fill in the form and press Review & send, the page prepares an email with your answers — nothing is sent at that point. Tap Send via mail app to open your mail app with everything filled in, then press Send there to complete the submission. If no mail app opens, use Copy text and paste it into a new email to the address above.
